  I bought an induction hob from Currys but was unable to have them fit it because of some electrical work which needed to be done. Once it had been installed, by a qualified electrician, I couldn't get it to work properly - all the power was on so I assumed that my saucepans were incompatible. A new set of saucepans later (induction friendly) and the hob still wouldn't work. So, problem with the hob eh? I phoned the AEG service number and they put me through to Dalleys, the authorised service/repair centre for Electrolux.
  
  The engineer who called, Geoff, sorted out the problem within about half an hour and the result was a fully functional, working induction hob! Not only did he fix the hob but he was a thoroughly nice bloke and a pleasure to spend time with.

  Arranged for a parts engineer to attend my address as I was told the part required (2nd attempt) had arrived.
  I was given a time slot between 8and 1pm.
  No engineer ,no call received, they state that if your not in at time arranged they will charge you.
  I called this company and spoke with a lady called Chris, who told me after investigation that the part they had ordered was the wrong part again, ( competent engineers ).
  I asked to speak to the manager he gave his name as Mathew Rochester who I expressed the incompetence and unprofessional way they have dealt with me,this man proved his companies worth and told me conversation over and put the phone down.
  I believe this company to be very unprofessional.
